Arnica Montana, also known as Wolf's Bane, Leopard's Bane, Mountain Arnica, is a flowering plant found in Europe and it's somewhat rare. On to whats really important, this flower when used in gel form has a really amazing ability to relieve muscle soreness, muscle pain, and is really good substitute for ibuprofin when used for inflamed tendons.
Bioron makes this gel product called Arnicare Gel and its 100x better than using bengay or tylenol for muscle pains or inflamed tendons, trust me i thought i pulled my achilles and within a minute of applying this stuff and letting it dry it felt so much better.
It's pretty pricey, $16.99 for a 2.5oz bottle, if you go to whole foods but I haven't tried looking for this in any other stores. Luckily on Drugstore.com they're having a sale 2 for $12.99 try it out and see how well this shit works you'll be surprised.
